    Ah. Hang in there.

  • Just today I was thinking, “I miss Mopsy’s use of graphics.” Nice visual.

I feel your pain. We recently took out a home equity line to finance our addition and it was a far more difficult process than it should have been. Here’s hoping that all goes well tomorrow and there are no nasty surprises (or, based on your second picture, dalmatians!) in store for you.

Aargh. It is a frustrating process. Hope all goes smoothly for you today.

Oh my! Well I hope the closing agent made it out alive.

I know what you mean! It’s worse when you have to sell a house to buy a house. When we were trying to set up closings for our homes (old and new) I needed to know how much we would get from the sale of the old house (which would be transferred directly to the closing on the new house) so I could get a cashier’s check from the bank for the balance on the new house. Do you think they could tell me even 3 days before hand? Noooo, it’s all a big secret or something. Well, we were moving out of town, to a place where our bank did not have a branch. I *needed* that number to get the check before we left town! Aaaarrgh, I am reliving it all over again! LOL It worked out in the end, but not without a whole LOT of stress. It just shouldn’t be that complicated.

Everyone survived, and if you can believe it, we actually had fun at the closing!
