  • I want to see that movie but haven’t gotten around to it yet. It isn’t showing anywhere near our house, so I am waiting at this point!

I loved your letter to the presidential candidates, by the way!

  • I have not loved a movie as much as that one in a long time. I wish that I could see it again but the chances of going to the theater again soon is not very likely but I will be buying this movie as soon as it comes out, and I do not buy very many movies. So, did I say I like it? cause I really do.

  • I hope to see it very soon!

    I loved it.

It was such a serious topic, but yet it was charming, and funny, and sarcastic, and loving, and quirky, and hilarious.

    I really did enjoy it.

I couldn’t even believe it did not win a golden globe last night. It sure did deserve one.

I love movies like that one.

  • I’ve been looking forward to seeing it since I heard an NPR interview with the director, but Mike and I rarely get to the movies. Maybe I’ll have to plan a date night for us this weekend, if it’s playing around here.

  • My husband wants to see it if you can believe it. He’s read so many amazing reviews about it that he’s intrigued and wants to go.

I’ve heard nothing but good about it.

  • I know I’m the odd man out, but my hubby and I recently went out on a date night to see this movie and we didn’t enjoy it.

We love quirky and different movies but there were some sarcastic adoption comments that didn’t rub us the right way. I loved how it ended and LOVED the soundtrack (just got it off itunes too!), but there were a couple of times when the whole audience was laughing but us.

Now we are right in the middle of an adoption, so we could be super sensitive. Maybe I’ll watch it again in a year and it will be funny!

I thought the characters were FANTASTIC! If the two or three comments that rubbed me the wrong way weren’t in there I would have probably enjoyed it.

BUT everyone we talk too loved it (even other adoptive parents) so we could have just had on off night!!!

  • My son saw it and text messaged everyone in the family saying we had to see it.

  • Mel

Loved it. Considering seeing it again. Jennifer Garner perfectly expressed how it feels to be a hopeful adoptive mother.

  • Saw it yesterday. Laughed. Cried. Loved it.

  • We saw it with two other couples over the weekend and LOVED it!! Then we all went to Macaroni Grill and discussed it. I haven’t enjoyed a date night as much as that one in a long time!
