Another rock in Shannon’s Dryer

That clanging sound you hear is me, taking the Dryer for a spin.

Shannon asked me to write a guest post.

I said I would, and then immediately felt regret. What could I write that would come close to her special brand of brilliance? Not a whole lot.

But I put together a little something and she graciously posted it today.

Poem

Running water,
falling flowers,
Peace is near,
there’s no fear.

Shaded brook,
flowers took
the beauty of
a lovely Dove.

By Aidan Elizabeth Lifenut, age 10.5

Hatched

Three of the four blue eggs in the blue spruce robin’s nest hatched.

I love those little birds.
