Yesterday was the last day of school. We celebrated by visiting Little Man Ice Cream. It was a chilly, overcast evening but it didn’t keep people away from this unique sweet spot.

Pancakes in disguise! I made these for dinner last night. I doubled the recipe and filled half with apple pie filling, half with strawberry jam. It was our beloved breakfast-for-dinner with a twist.
